At Amèa Gold, we’re committed to getting your jewellery to you quickly, securely, and with care.

 

Holiday Delivery Notice

During peak holiday periods (including Christmas and other national holidays), delivery networks may experience higher volumes.

While we continue to dispatch orders within our usual timeframe, delivery times may be slightly extended once parcels are with Royal Mail.

We recommend placing orders as early as possible during busy periods to avoid delays.

Amèa Gold cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates during peak seasonal periods.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

 

Shipping Options

We currently ship all orders via Royal Mail using the following service:

  • Free Standard Delivery - Estimated delivery within 2-5 working days (available on all orders)

Additional delivery options, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48, may be introduced in the near future to offer even greater flexibility.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 3PM or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

All orders are packed and shipped directly by us with care.

 

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free UK shipping on all orders.

As we continue to expand, additional shipping options may become available at checkout. 

 

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our control.
While delays are rare, please contact us if your parcel is significantly delayed, and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Amèa Gold cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived:

  • Check with neighbours or members of your household
  • Visit or contact your local Royal Mail depot

If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We’ll support you through a claims process where possible.
