We want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • You’ll need to provide proof of return (tracking number or shipping receipt)

To request a return, email returns@ameagold.com .

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

6-Month Warranty

Every piece of Amèa Gold jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty from your date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Faulty clasps
  • Chain breakage (under normal wear)
  • Discolouration not caused by improper care

It does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or tarnishing due to exposure (e.g. perfume, water, improper storage)
  • Lost or stolen items

To make a claim, email warranty@ameagold.com with:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

If approved, we will offer one warranty remedy per item, which will be either:

  • A replacement (where the item is available), or

  • A gift card equal to the original item value if a replacement is not available

Warranty remedies are limited to one claim per item.

Note: Warranty claims are separate from returns. If you simply changed your mind within 30 days, please follow the return process above.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Email returns@ameagold.com within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We’ll review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or made to order pieces

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Once approved and returned, place a new order for the desired item

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the outcome (approved or not)
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and no refund has appeared, email returns@ameagold.com
