Our standard delivery window is 2–5 working days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is currently free on all UK orders.
Do you offer international delivery?
Not at the moment — we currently ship within the UK only.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, email orders@ameagold.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it.

Will my jewellery tarnish?
With proper care, your jewellery should maintain its shine. All pieces are crafted with high-quality materials designed to resist tarnishing.
Is your jewellery water-resistant?
Yes — all of our pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel, which is naturally water-resistant and designed to withstand everyday wear. To keep them looking their best, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
How should I store my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery in its Ameá Gold keepsake box or another soft, dry, enclosed space away from humidity. Storing it separately from other pieces will help protect it from scratches and damage.
Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Earrings, sale items, and custom pieces are non-returnable.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all Ameá Gold jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty covering faulty clasps, chain breakage (under normal wear), and discolouration not caused by improper care.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return postage costs and must provide proof of return (tracking number or receipt).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices are listed in GBP (£), and payments will be charged in GBP. If you’re using a non-UK bank card, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
